Ottawa Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Symposium
November 22, 2007 - Brookstreet Hotel
Like or not, software-as-a-service (SaaS) is causing a fundamental shift in the software industry. SaaS is revolutionizing how software is delivered and is transforming the business make up and nature of software companies.
Anyone who produces and sells software will need to tackle the challenges and opportunities presented by this Tsunami-like business shift. Whether in start-up mode or an established player you will need to address the technology, financial, sales, marketing and operational implications of SaaS.
This SaaS Symposium is for software executives who are responsible for addressing SaaS in their organization and would benefit from the combined experiences of SaaS industry experts, and software firms who have tackled the challenges of SaaS head-on and want to share their experiences.
This symposium is ideal for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CTOs and executives of Sales, Marketing and Services.

Today, ServiceVantage is one of the only companies focused on support, services and software-as-a-service (SaaS) and the significant impact these areas have on a companys growth and overall valuation. So far this year, Jeff has been asked to speak on the topic of SaaS at the SaaS Summit in Monterey California and at the On-Demand Europe conference in Amsterdam.
